Open an invented character's journey, level 1 to 21: routes on the map, every quest, death and level-up. Nothing to install.

The file is read in your browser only. Nothing is uploaded.

  1. Get the addon

    Get it on CurseForge, opens in a new tab Get it on Wago, opens in a new tab
    • App In the CurseForge or Wago app, select “Forever” as the game version, then install Farscribe.
    • By hand Download the ZIP from CurseForge or Wago and unzip it into World of Warcraft\_forever_\Interface\AddOns\, so that a folder named Farscribe sits there.
    • Then play Recording starts on its own. A green dot at the edge of the minimap shows that it is recording.

  2. Save the file

    The game writes Farscribe.lua only when you log out or type /reload. Anything you played since then isn't in the file yet.

    Type /reload in chat, or log out. Then import the file.

  3. Import it

    Drop Farscribe.lua on the field above, or click it to choose the file. You find it here:

    The file is on the computer you play on: open this page on your PC and import it there. You find it here:

    World of Warcraft\_forever_\WTF\Account\<ACCOUNT>\SavedVariables\Farscribe.lua

    <ACCOUNT> is the folder named after your account. _forever_ is the WoW Forever client folder.
